In remnicencing on the Abdul Hamid Bhahji’s service oriented life former General Secretary Shahul Hamid Mohideen stated as follows.
“Abdul Hamid Bhahji was of a yeoman service to shazuliya Thareeqa and he also was conducting Jummah Prayers at the Colombo Grand Mosque during my time as General Secretary of the Grand Mosque of Colombo.”
Adding further he also stated “that he was a humble human being despite being a learned Moulavi and was of a great assistance to those who were following his footsteps.”
